Shipping Policy

We offer free delivery in Spain on all neon signs at Go Neon Flex.

Shipping is calculated by weight and height for in-stock items for orders outside Spain, and delivery is usually within five working days in Spain. However, during busy periods, it can be longer.

Design and Production

Custom Neon signs are handmade, so there is production time on each order. Fifteen working days are the maximum turnaround time, and most customers receive their Custom Neon order within two weeks. Please note that Customs clearance may increase the delivery time for some countries.

We are manufacturers. For bespoke, custom and personalised orders, the timeframes usually are:

  • Finalise Design = 1-3 working days
  • Production = 2-12 working days
  • Priority Service = Three working days production time. Orders must be before 10:00 am(CET Time Zone) to include the day of order.

  • Delivery Europe = 2-7 working days
  • Delivery UK Mainland = 7-10 working days
  • Delivery America = 7-10 working days
  • Delivery Australia = 7-10 working days
  • Delivery Other = 10-14 working days
  • Expedited delivery is available at checkout

WARNING. For packages that measure 1.2 metres or greater, the courier cannot guarantee delivery at the door. The courier will deliver the package at street level.


When ordering outside of Europe, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. In addition, the recipient must fulfil additional charges for customs clearance. Go Neon Flex has no control over these charges, nor can Go Neon Flex predict what they may be.

Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. So a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the original shipping cost and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:

  • Provide a phone number where customs can reach you when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice, so customs can contact you to clear your order.
  • Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore carrier requests regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for five days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.

We do not refund original shipping charges for goods refused for delivery at customs.
